Responsibilities

Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions for all employees, including technical, safety, and compliance training; Prepare training calendars and communicate schedules to employees and supervisors; Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and attendance; Ensure training compliance by tracking mandatory courses and certifications; Prepare reports on training completion and effectiveness; Assist in developing and updating training manuals, presentations, and handouts; Ensure training materials are relevant, accurate, and accessible; Arrange training venues, equipment, and other necessary resources; Coordinate with trainers, vendors, or consultants for specialized training; Respond to employee inquiries regarding training programs and schedules; Assist employees with accessing online training platforms or tools; Support the delivery of safety training in alignment with company regulations and provide report; Monitor adherence to safety protocols during training sessions;  Manage training budgets and process invoices related to training activities;  Prepare and distribute training feedback forms and analyze responses to improve programs;  Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements;  Stay updated on trends and best practices in mining-related training and employee development Work in compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards

Qualification Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Education, Training, or a related field

Experience and Skills Requirements:

1 year of experience in training coordination, preferably in the mining or industrial sector Strong organizational and administrative skills. Knowledge of mining safety regulations and practices. Proficiency in MS Office and training management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
