Goal of Position

Support the training process, from the induction course to the evaluation of training effectiveness.

General Requirements: Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  Advanced english. Full-time availability. SAP desirable.  Basic excel skills.  Key Responsibilities Manage the induction course. Handle Skill Matrices for both operational and administrative staff. Conduct release exams for operational staff three months after their training. Maintain control of Job Descriptions and Initial Training Plans for company employees. Schedule training sessions/courses (both online and in-person).
