Key Responsibilities:

The Transformation Lead Senior Manager is responsible for driving Human Resources process redesign, operating model changes, and service delivery model updates as part of the broader Human Capital Management transformation program. Working parallel to the Digital Technology & Payroll Delivery Leads, and leading the GPOs, Op Model and SDM Teams, the Transformation Lead focuses on reimagining how employees access and interact with HR services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and leading a dedicated team to deliver these transformation initiatives.

Strategic Leadership: Provide overall direction, vision, and guardrails for the development and delivery of the HR Operating Model, Service Delivery Model (SDM) and HR Processes. Oversee the design and build-out of service management frameworks and delivery approaches to improve employee experiences. Process engineering Program Execution: Provide strategic input to the coordination of activities and deliverables across the Process, Operating Model and Service Design workstreams. Engineer process change and harmonization to drive simplification, efficiency, and accuracy. Monitor progress, resolve escalations, and ensure alignment across initiatives, methods, policies, and labor agreements. Service Delivery Model Transformation: Drive the co-creation and refinement of Service Delivery frameworks, ensuring alignment with the new HR Operating Model. Provide critical input and feedback to validate and enhance service delivery designs. Collaboration and Integration: Align transformation efforts with other program workstreams to ensure cohesive outcomes. Serve as a key advisor to leadership, facilitating decision-making and ensuring organizational readiness for operational changes.QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): 7+ years of related experience Extensive experience leading HR transformation programs, including operating model and service delivery design.Demonstrated expertise in process redesign and operational change management within large, complex organizations.Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive alignment across business units.Strong facilitation and communication skills to lead workshops, focus groups, and leadership alignment sessions.Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable solutions.Knowledge of service management frameworks and experience developing service delivery models.Ability to manage ambiguity and provide clarity, direction, and oversight in fast-paced, evolving environments.

The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $169,950.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
