About the Role
HR Transformation & People Advisory, Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in managing HR inquiries through case management via HR platform. Also, provide advice and guidance to employees on company's standard policy and enhancing HR communications across various channels. You will also implement and extend HR platform capabilities and identify opportunities to improve processes and operations.1. Investigate cases raised by employees and stakeholders and advise on recommendation and actions, effectively addressing difficult situation with related parties
2. Perform and improve HR processed and platform (Workday)
3. Review and update the company’s policy to reassure the needs of employees while creating knowledge articles in Workday to keep information relevant for employees’ self-service
4. Initiate HR Communication through multiple channels: HR e-newsletters and hosts a monthly virtual HR talk session in various topics
5. Manage employee benefits programs
6. Provide the report and dashboard
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
