The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?
We are looking for an HR VIE who will provide support to the FCE CHE Plant, and who will be based in Nagykáta (45 minutes from Budapest). You would join an international Plant of around 400 collaborators with 8 VIEs sharing this adventure with you!

 

The Main Missions Of The Role Are:
The role of the Human Resources VIE is to support the Plant HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to:

Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators. Be the Coordinator of all VIEs at the PlantParticipation in HR projects, and audit support Manage Training Plan from development to executionUse creativity in enhancing Internal CommunicationsActive participation in Employee Engagement activitiesYour profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:
