Join our Transcom Family as a Recruiter!His/her main duties include providing support to the Recruitment department scheduling and organizing interviews with potential candidates.Recruitment Specialist must explain requirements and duties to candidates, as well as assist the Recruitment Supervisor in achieving target and maintain a good relationship with employees, employers, and candidates.A Recruitment Specialist performs data entry to input and update applicant information in the candidate database.They uphold confidentiality when handling applicant information.Ensure that all the necessary paperwork is filed and applicant forms are completed and processed.To ensure that all candidates receive a friendly and consistent service.Conduct screening of candidates virtually or face to face.Conducts in-depth interviews, assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude.Preparing contracts and communicating all onboarding documents to new employees.Conducts orientation to new hires, briefing them of their functions as well as descriptions of the campaign where they will be assigned.Process Background and Criminal Record Checks.Maintains and tracks requirements of newly identified candidates.Own the negotiation process with the final stage candidates, from offer to acceptance.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Coordinates with different hiring leaders for manpower requisitions.Work on different recruitment tools to guarantee quality of hires and efficiency in hiring.Building trusting relationships with potential hires.Participates in calibration meetings and communicates the needs/demands of hiring accounts.Perform other related tasks from time to time.Assist in contacting application to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration and selection.Attend job fairs and recruitment events.Prepares daily and weekly reports based on function and need.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

Above average communication skills in written and oral English.Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).At least 1-3 years of work related experience.Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.) is an advantage.Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).Ability to multi-task.Good interpersonal and organization skills.Amenable to work on shifting schedule.Achieve goals and targets.Consistently demonstrate behaviors emulating Transcom values.Consistently adhere to company policies and code of conduct.Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).Ability to work in teams, as well as work on their own with minimal supervision.Strong decision-making skills.Promote company's reputation as "best place to work".
