Made Possible.** Join our dynamic team as an HR Business Partner, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of HR for Global Functions. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of implementing strategic, tactical, and operational HR goals, ensuring our company remains a leader in employee engagement and organizational success. This role understands the needs of the overall business and provides all the necessary assistance to the Director of HR and broader corporate HR support to implement, optimize, and lead best in class policies, procedures, systems, and practices to support a highly engaged workforce. **Key Responsibilities:** + **HR Support:** Support corporate HR Director to drive day-to-day HR operations and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. + **Employee Engagement:** Participate in corporate culture committee while providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and systems, fostering a positive and productive workplace. + **HRIS Expertise:** Utilize Success Factors to manage recruiting, onboarding, employee transactions, position mangement and performance management, while serving as a resource for employees and supervisors. + **Employee Onboarding:** Partner with Talent Acquisition on onboarding processes for new corporate employees, conducting orientations and promoting our positive employment brand from Day 1. + **Data-Driven Insights:** Analyze HR data and prepare insightful reports for HRBP team members and managers, helping to drive informed decision-making. + **Employee Support:** Respond to employee inquiries via MyHR and act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and talent development issues. + **Continuous Improvement:** Recommend tools, systems, and process enhancements that elevate HR operations and improve the employee and manager experience. + **Project Management Support:** Support corporate HR Director and partner with HR Centers of Excellence in various talent and employee engagement intiatives. **Requirements:** + **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. + **Experience:** 3 years of HR experience, preferably as a generalist or business partner within a corporate environment. + **HR Knowledge:** Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law. + **Technical Proficiency:** Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) and the ability to navigate workforce analytics with ease. + **Communication Skills:** Comfortable advising leaders while also rolling up your sleeves when needed. + **Strong organizational skills:** Experience with managing multiple intiatives and tasks. **Pay Range:** **$65,025.00** - **$86,700.00** **Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
