Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
The HRBP will serve as a strategic business partner for all Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Business Supporting Functions (BSFs) at ZEISS Türkiye concerning all people-related topics. The person will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating several key areas within the HR function, particularly in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, People Development, Talent Management, and HR Digitalization, while also driving focused People initiatives / projects within our Winning in Türkiye (WIT) program to elevate HR services from Good to Great to Excellent.

Talent Acquisition
Conducting full-cycle recruitment efforts and “Winning Talents 4 ZEISS” for all business units and supporting functions as well as developing initiatives and implementing strategic plans to recruit potential high-quality candidatesCreating local initiatives and projects to increase brand awareness and attract best talents into ZEISS TürkiyeManaging employer branding activities (content for LinkedIn, internal articles on TEAM ZEISS, career events etc.)Working closely with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and overseeing the complete recruitment process with customized solutionsImproving the employee experience by implementing an effective onboarding programHR Digitalization
Taking part in the Global Workday Projects (Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Data Governance, Absence etc.) as “country representative” and “subject matter expert”Driving HR digital transformation projects (e.g. travel reimbursement) in Türkiye, upgrading local HRIS modulesPeople Development and Cultural Journey
Overseeing key programs / cycles like People Development Dialogue (PDD), Global Employee Survey, Expert LadderOrganizing Assessment / Development Centers for key talents, including Individual Development PlansSupporting and implementing people / leadership and culture development programs and change management initiativesDesigning and implementing recognition events, programs, and awards to increase employee retention, engagement and commitmentData and Operational Excellence
Coordinating with the external payroll company to manage monthly payroll processesServing as the primary contact for employee-related mattersCreating and updating HR Policies and the Employee Handbook to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesMaintaining up-to-date employee data in Workday and local HR systemAnalyzing HR metrics to provide insights for decision-makingOverseeing the Variable Compensation System (VCS) Bonus, which includes target setting and agreement processesManaging offboarding processes for departing employeesYour Profile – What You can expect as HRBP?
Minimum a bachelor’s degreeAt least 6 years of HR Generalist experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Project ManagementKnowledge of payroll processesKnowledge of HR Analytics and reporting, incl. building HR reporting dashboardsKnowledge of HRIS, especially Workday experienceProven experience in project management, i.e. HR tools/process implementationsProven experience in driving organizational change and influencing stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organizationAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insightsHigh level of emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptabilityProficiency in written and spoken EnglishProficiency in MS Office programsProficiency in MS PowerBIStrong knowledge of local labor laws and regulationsYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:
