Your role
OPS HRBPs’ job scope is Operations & Sales Lenses. The mission of the position is consulting all business leaders about all HR issues as recruitment, onboarding, terminations, legal issues, company policies, payroll system processes, organizational development, employee engagement and training.
The most challenging part of the position is managing blue collar related issues, union relations, managing the change for the leaders and their teams in dynamic business environments.The success factors for this role are collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, effective communication, gathering business know how and creating effective ways of solutions due to the business trends.
The role is based in Ankara and requires business travels to istanbul.
Main responsibilities
Work with executive leadership to determine business needs and collaborate with all stakeholders to help meet these needs. Identify new roles and/or existing job openings that must be filled to enable the business to meet its goals Lead the hiring process for high-priority roles, from creating the job description to screening and interviewing candidates Support HR Director on preparing HR budget and follow up. Develop new HR strategies Evaluate training programs ( inhouse digital training platform Leonardo & outsource ) Supporting HR Director on workforce, succession planning and restructuring. Supporting global HR teams on adapting global HR project in local. Resolve all blue collar employee issues Supporting HR Director & HRSS Responsible on union management processes Identify coaching needs for all levels of the team Drives HR initiatives Apply knowledge of employment law to effectivelt resolve employment relations issues in partnership with leaders and legal team resources.
Main requirements
BS degree in related departments as Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Physchology, etc. At least 5-10 years of experience in HR departments in FMCG / Manufacturing sector Solid experience in overall HR processes. Strategic control of HR processes Analytical and goal oriented Experience in project management Strong problem solving skills Strong communication skills in large and small groups Excellent people management skills Solid experience with Ms Office and SAP HR. Knowledge on labor law English and Turkish
