What you’ll do ​& Who you are

The people consultant plays a key role within the Adevinta Group. You will be in direct contact with managers, employees and also with the Works Council and the company's various committees, and will report directly to the People Consultant Lead.

Missions :

You will manage any local, legal or regulatory issues that cannot be resolved by level 1 and 2 of the personnel administration teamYou will work in partnership with the Group's various Business Units (Recommerce, Immo, Auto)You will manage complex, individual cases involving employee relations, such as long-term sickness, departures and disciplinary mattersEnforce HR processes and make improvements where necessaryYou will provide information on local employment law and manage legal obligations with the CSEYou collaborate with the various stakeholders on complex employee cases and work in partnership with local managers

What you will need:

Knowledge of local employment law (France) and its complexities3+ years' experience as an HRBP or similarAn inquisitive and willing natureDefend alternative and innovative ideas with colleagues and partnersCreate clear communication materials to convey technical concepts in a pedagogical and concise manner
