HRBP & Talent Manager France (H/F)
Step into a key role at our France HQ in Paris 14th as an HR Business Partner, where you'll support our corporate functions and align HR strategies with business goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness, boost employee engagement, and create a vibrant work environment. You'll also lead the implementation of Global Talent Management programs and processes in the country, covering onboarding, performance management process, talent review, succession planning, learning & development, and more.
Your main missions are the following:
Be the go-to contact for CODIR, employees and managers at our French HQ for all HR-related queries, ensuring a seamless employee experience from entry to exit with the support of our HR Operations team. Build High Performing Organization for Back Office functions and support the development of key strategic capabilities (end-to-end from organizational design to talent intake); Assist managers in planning and executing actions to maintain the right level of resources with the right skills at the right time. Drive talent management and development processes, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, talent attraction and acquisition, etc. Work closely with Group HQ to identify and implement HR best practices and initiative of engagement at the country level. Keep in control the labour cost for the assigned organizational perimeter of responsibility Generate reports and analyze data to uncover continuous improvement opportunities. Lead cross-functional projects such as diversity & inclusion, employer branding, campus management, and more.
What do you bring?
Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or equivalent by experience Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP or in Talent Management role Project management and organizational skills Strong leadership, ability to influence stakeholders in an agile, international and matrix organization Change agent and growth mindset, willing to go the extra mile Experience in (career) coaching Fluent in English and French is required
