This role is pivotal for the whole HREX Organization as it holds responsibility to manage AMS (Application Management Support) services from external supplier and coordinate the work with other Technology Service Owners. In this role you will have to collaborate with many other managers and leaders in HREX Org and in ABB IS, as well as you will report overall AMS supplier performance to HREX Build and Run Lead.Besides this, you will be accountable for managing and coordinating of run activities across the HR Experience Organization, as well as managing the AMS provider. Managing the team of Solution Architects, and Business Analysts, and be responsible for IS Authorizations and overseeing non-payroll integrations service. You will be mainly accountable for:• AMS Coordination and Single Point of Contact: Act as the main contact for all AMS (Application Management Services) run activities and coordinate AMS supplier.• Non-Payroll integration ownership: steers the team that delivers non-Payroll integrations services, including Workday Connector and other direct integrations. • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with the AMS provider and other stakeholders in and outside HREX Organization, ensuring effective interactions and service requirements are met.• Strategic Translation and Service Lifecycle: Translate HREX strategy into AMS objectives, co-manage service lifecycle, and focus on continual improvement.• Performance and Cost Management: Track service performance (SLA, KPIs), manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring cost-effectiveness.• Service Design and Improvement: Oversee the design of new or changed services, ensure they are fit for pur-pose, and continuously identify and implement service improvements.• Incident and Problem Resolution: Support major incident resolution, root cause analysis, and follow up on prob-lem resolutions to maintain service quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Keeper of ITIL standards that safe-guard mature AMS delivery.• Team and Service Management: Oversee a team of Solution Architects and Business Analysts that manage IS Access Authorizations, non-Payroll integrations, and ensures all those services are delivered holistically within HREX Organization.Locations are flexible for IS and HR roles. For IS roles, India and Mexico are the two preferred locations, while HR role holders will be expected to collaborate with teams in European and US EST time zones. Ultimately, we’ll hire the most qualified candidate for each role.

Qualifications for the role

Minimum 10 years of experience in IS area, especially within application and system lifecycle, IS Service Delivery, Service Management and IS Project Management.Proven experience (min. 3 years) in managing external vendors in the managed services modelExperience in managing teams of experts and SMEs.Fluent in Service Level ManagementITIL foundation is a must have and other certificates including other specific ITIL are nice to have.Senior stakeholders management and experience with managing multiple stakeholder groups Experience in managing global teamsEffective communication and influencing skillsPrevious experience in process Improvement & OptimizationLeadership and CollaborationAbility to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
