We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Experience Lead to join our team and lead a team of experts to deliver best in class recruitment.• Partner with Global Process Owner (GPO) to define and implement the global end to end HR digital strategy (encompassing process delivery, data and technology) for the Recruitment process area and mobilize their team to execute the agreed strategy. • Accountable for the Recruitment roadmap across global end to end process, data, and technology. Collaborate with customers and vendors to understand market trends and review how new evolving technology (i.e. GenAI) can improve the overall processes for Recruitment. As we explore new technologies, role will be responsible for the requirements gathering and Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the acquisition of new Recruitment technologies.• Accountable for overall user experience across global end to end process, data and technology for Recruitment, ensuring a high degree of customer orientation. Ensures day to day execution and delivery of these processes for the business.• Work with the Integration Process Architect to ensure seamless integration of data and technology within overall ABB HR landscape. Work with other Experience Leads within the HREX Organization to understand the interdependence between verticals. • Work with the Process Optimization Specialist to implement monitoring tools to track performance of applications as well as lead global projects by offering profound expertise, knowledge and support collaboration across different functions.• Collaborate with the Global Process Owner to translate requirements into demand, prioritizing this demand appropriately to define and finalize the recruitment process, data and technology budget.• Maintain close collaboration with the wider HR team, to ensure the smooth, day-to-day execution and management of global end-to-end Recruitment processes. Accountable for delivering training across process, data and technology.• Ensure global Recruitment controls are integrated into process, data and technology and collaborates with internal and external auditors to provide necessary input for audits.• Responsible for consistency among assigned and related Global HR processes and the implementation of corporate and external legal regulatory requirements, including legal and data privacy related to Recruitment technology.• Understand the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Recruitment that are set by the Global Process Owner, support the implementation of tools to track these and monitor process efficiency and effectiveness on an ongoing basis, ensuring alignment with HR Operations.• Ensure the end-to-end processes meet global operational needs in an effective and efficient way, as well as ensure adherence to broader HREX governance standards.Locations are flexible for HR roles, while role holders will be expected to work/collaborate with teams in European and US EST time zones. Ultimately, we’ll choose the most qualified candidate for each role.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management or other related field.At least 10 years of experience across processes, data and technology in the Recruitment area.Outstanding understanding of Recruitment Process Management and strategy.Proven experience in HRIS products including Workday with deep experience in the Recruitment module is a plus.Strong background in User Experience (UX) Design.Previous experience in managing a global team of technical and process experts.Effective communication, presentation and influencing skills.Experience or strong desire to learn about applications in the Recruitment landscape.Stakeholder and change management experience.Data Analysis & Interpretation skills.Strategy & Planning experience.Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.Nice to have experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, GenAI, Legal & Compliance, Data Privacy (GDPR) and Understanding of relevant Regulations,
