Your role will be to manage the technology element in the Workday Payroll Experience, orchestrate suppliers for applications’ development and maintenance in the Workday space.Your Role and Responsibilities:• Manage payroll integrations (payroll direct integration, payroll reports, Shapein integration) from a technology perspective, which might require direct collaboration with service suppliers outside HREX main AMS Supplier.• Accountable for managing the technical service for Workday Payroll, Time & Absence Experience. Ensures all technical execution activities are properly planned and implemented.• Works with Experience Lead and Application Owner to provide consultancy for all matters concerning technology and IS processes.• Supports in building tactical product roadmaps within the HREX Workday Payroll, Time & Absence space.• Contributes to the delivery of HREX Workday Payroll Experience objectives by identifying opportunities to optimize and improve IS services.• Accountable for the IS capabilities within Workday Payroll, Time & Absence Exp, like business analysis, solution architecture, and operations management (day to day support service through AMS supplier(s)).• Provides technical assessment of new demand and all other changes within the specific Workday landscape.• Collaborates with other HREX IS roles in horizontal services like: IS Run Manager, Project & Release Manager, Architecture Integration Lead to effectively deliver IS Services.• Acts as the connection point to bring in other ABB IS relevant teams based on requirements e.g. Security/Integrations.• Connects with Vendors of technical applications to ensure the Workday Payroll Experience IS services meet the required standards and contract obligations are met.Locations are flexible for IS and HR roles. For IS roles, India and Mexico are the two preferred locations, while HR role holders will be expected to collaborate with teams in European and US EST time zones. Ultimately, we’ll hire the most qualified candidate for each role.

Qualifications for the role

Minimum 10 years of experience in IS area, especially within application and system lifecycle, IS Service Management and IS Project ManagementPayroll integration experience and know-how related to the scope of support is crucialITIL 4 foundation certification, other ITIL and Lean certifications are nice to haveSenior stakeholders management and experience with managing multiple stakeholder groupsKnowledge in Vendor ManagementExperience in managing global teamsEffective communication and influencing skillsPrevious experience in process Improvement & OptimizationLeadership and CollaborationAbility to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
