We are now looking for a professional who is able to take the position of Workday Connector - IS Business Analyst within the HREX Non-payroll area. Your role will be to support in managing demand and changes coming for Workday Connector applications, maintain up to date documentation, support Solution Architect in managing changes in the solution and support also the area of other Non-Payroll integrations, if necessary. You will be mainly accountable for:• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for data & non-payroll integration through Workday (WD) Connector solution.• Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing procedures specific to HR data that goes through Workday Connector.• Develop and maintain documentation for WD Connector, including data flow diagrams, process maps, and technical specifications.• Provide support and training to end-users.• Facilitate communication with HREX stakeholders and to applications consuming data from WD Connector, to ensure a shared understanding of roadmap, priorities and implemented changes.• Maintain an organized and up-to-date backlog, categorizing tasks and features according to priority, complexity, and dependencies.• Facilitate work between internal HREX WD Connector team and 3rd party AMS supplier for WD connector developments.• Coordinate and handle audit queries and IT Controls and overall compliance.• Collaborate with other ABB Teams (Compliance, Active Directory, ServiceNow, etc.) and especially during M&A projects.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in integration and data management, particularly related to HR data.• Support other Non-Payroll integration in HREX with business analysis when needed Locations are flexible for IS and HR roles. For IS roles, India and Mexico are the two preferred locations, while HR role holders will be expected to collaborate with teams in European and US EST time zones. Ultimately, we’ll hire the most qualified candidate for each role.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related HR field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst or SQL Developer with a focus on HR data integration.Working experience with HR data systems and tools like Workday, SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.Strong SQL proficiency with experience writing complex queries.Proficiency with process mapping and diagramming tools, such as Visio and ADONIS.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of IT Framework and methods (ITIL, SCRUM) is seen as an advantage.Previous experience in a similar role and IS environment is an advantage as well.
