Job Overview
Mitie are recruiting for a supervisor to join our team based in Central Scotland delivering on our Highland Reserve Forces & Cadet Association (HRFCA) contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination and management of:
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Manage the Statutory & Mandatory Compliance of HRFCA Buildings & Assets
Delivery of Reactive & Remedial Works
Highland Reserve Forces & Cadet Association (HRFCA) Asset Team Engagement
Assist in the Delivery of Low Value Project Works and Supply Chain Management
This includes the management, organisation, and prioritisation of work schedules to ensure contracted deliverables and key performance indicators are consistently achieved.
Hours of work will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Main Duties
Monitor Supply Chain work team to ensure suitably qualified and experienced operatives are directed to relevant tasks and ensure that all operatives have appropriate equipment and skills to perform relevant tasks
Monitor Supply Chain service delivery, quality and safe working to ensure all performance KPI's indicators are consistently achieved
To accurately record and maintain all information necessary to provide accurate reporting.
Resolving client, operational and commercial queries relating to contracted delivery.
To monitor, action and escalate incidents as appropriate to achieve agreed service levels and to keep customers informed of status and progress of resolution.
Requesting and updating quotations for corrective works, issuing purchase orders for materials and subcontract orders.
Administration of remedial work order submissions onto the client system and work flowing through to relevant departments.
Be aware of commercial requirements on contract and limit of scope.
Updating and responding to audits.
To develop and maintain a good understanding of the core MAXIMO application, the facilities management services provided to customers, and all relevant process and procedures
Administration of immediate business critical remedial work order submissions and ownership through to completion.
To take action to keep up to date with changes to the contract and apply to the system.
To handle and actively resolve any customer issues according to the Customer Complaint process.
Be aware of the business continuity plan for the part of the business you work in.
Attend training and other meetings as required and to make specific training needs known to line management.
Ensure, as far as reasonably practical, that all our supply chain contractors working within HRFCA sites observe the requirements of JSP 375, work closely with the Mobile Authorised Persons team to ensure compliance.
Understand operational priorities of the Head of Establishment (HoE), develop and maintain close working and effective relationships with HRFCA management teams and end users to pro-actively support site activities and provide professional and technical advice as required.
Support the Helpdesk in responding to requests for professional and technical advice.

Familiar with different types of building engineering systems
Specific experience in a particular FM and planned service.
Experience in the management of internal multi skilled service delivery teams
A Knowledge of Legionella and/or Asbestos management Plans
Training and Qualifications
Management level qualification in H&S and Environment (e.g. SMSTS)
