We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Services Regional/Global Process Owner to lead and optimize HR service delivery processes across multiple regions or globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end process design, standardization, continuous improvement, and innovation of HR services. This role will involve close collaboration with AMER and EMEA process owners, HR leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure the efficient implementation of HR processes, systems, and tools across the organization. The role also includes ownership of regional and global operational performance, quality, and strategy (including innovation, standardization opportunities, automation, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Take end-to-end ownership of HR services processes within a designated region or globally, ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of HR services from hire to retire. Develop and implement standardized, best-in-class HR processes aligned with organizational goals, ensuring consistency across regions. Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing continuous improvement methodologies, such as Agile, to enhance service quality and reduce inefficiencies. Partner with AMER and EMEA regional and global process owners, HR leadership, and key stakeholders to continuously adapt HR services to meet evolving organizational needs. Ensure HR processes comply with local, regional, and global legal and regulatory requirements, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks in HR service delivery. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for HR services. Regularly assess and report on service delivery performance, identifying opportunities for further improvements. Maintain a deep understanding of all relevant metrics, including scope, performance, business metrics, and capacity. Define and drive strategies to improve and transform company performance, aligning processes to global standards where possible, automating processes, and driving operational efficiency. Lead and support change management initiatives related to HR Services processes and systems. Ensure clear, consistent communication across regions and teams regarding process changes or updates.Career Level - IC2
