HRIS Analyst

Lead backend configuration, data analysis, and optimization of HRIS systems during transition to a new platform.

Job Requirements:

Hands-on HRIS analyst experience with backend system configuration and management

Experience with HRIS implementations, preferably involving UKG, Kronos, or Dayforce

Strong understanding of HR processes and system integrations

Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis

Background in HR or HR systems (not IT or software development)

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting transitions between HRIS platforms

Familiarity with manufacturing environments

Experience participating in urgent hiring or onboarding scenarios

Job Responsibilities:

Support the transition from Kronos and Dayforce to UKG HRIS platform

Configure and manage system settings, perform updates, and troubleshoot issues

Collaborate with HR leadership to streamline workflows and enhance system functionality

Analyze HR data and generate reports using advanced Excel techniques

Participate in panel interviews and onboarding processes as part of a high-priority implementation effort



Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
