Job Summary:

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of Human Resource systems within Lexmark’s Asia Pacific community. This will include, but is not limited to support, model design, testing & deployment, and the ongoing administration of applications. 

Requirements: Have minimum of 3 years Human Resource Systems or related experience. Experience in system support, integration, design, analysis, and implementation. Has Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology. Strong English communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills (cross-cultural, communications, negotiation). Strong change management skills. Can work well independently and as part of a team. Experience in Workday is a plus. Experience with global companies is a plus.
