Overview
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is the subject matter expert for our global Graham Packaging (GPC) SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) instance. This includes system support, process support, training, business process design, security administration, end user experience, and data integrity and completeness for our global HR organization. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the HR team regarding functionality within SuccessFactors and opportunities for additional improvement and automation of related processes
Responsibilities Manage and maintain operational processes related to the HRIS team to support our global HR organization and employees. This includes operating procedures and data maintenance related to position management, recruiting, onboarding, employee central, and role base permissions or other processes as assigned.Provide functional and technical HRIS support, troubleshooting, and guidance to the global HR teamCollaborate with the HR organization and other company departments to identify improvements and enhancements of existing HRIS related processes and systemsDevelop and provide training and documentation of assigned processesUnderstand and plan for the semi-annual releases of SuccessFactors, their impact to current functionality, and the management of instance refreshesOpen tickets with SAP when needed and maintain relationship with SAP customer success partner and the SuccessFactors customer communityManage internal and external audits related to our HRIS applicationsConduct on-going audits to ensure data integrity and partner with HR stakeholders to manage and resolve data integrity issues.Manage SuccessFactors user accounts as well as access to US payroll and access to our HR/HRIS site.Partner with US payroll team to ensure data replication of employee data to payrollDevelop reports for HR as well as respond to report requests from other departmentsPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is preferred but not required. Experience with system integrations and upgrades is a plus.Minimum requirement associate’s degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferredThree or more years of Human Resources experience that provide an understanding of HR processes and functionsAbility to keep information confidentialStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office suiteThe standard compensation for this role is $69,500 - $100,400. Salary offers will be determined based on final candidate qualifications, experience, skillset, and other relevant factors.
Compensation Statement The expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience. Benefits Statement Benefits include medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance.
