Position SummaryAdministers, develops, and researches the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Configures the system to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics. Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations. May be responsible for defining system requirements and working with external vendors to evaluate and select HRIS software and systems.
Salary Range: $69,449 - 90,283Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited toResolve HRIS system issues, acts as “troubleshooter” for HR and Payroll, primarily for UKG DimensionsPrepare reports with employee data contained in the HRIS in response to requests from users within Human Resources and other departmentsWork with the team to develop training and document system use for HR and Payroll usersEnsure security of HR and Payroll information through established security protocolAnalyze HR and Payroll processes and make recommendations for improvementsReview system Audits on a regular basisContinually research system enhancements, testing and creation of implementation plansRequired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field2-4 years' related experience with at least some experience using UKG DimensionsExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills; the ability to conduct analysis and interpret resultsDemonstrated ability to work well with all levels of the organizationStrong customer orientation, sense of urgency and detail in getting things doneAbility to handle confidential material in a discrete mannerAbility to coordinate and prioritize multiple projectsHighly detailed and results orientedAbility to multi-task and adapt to changes and the environmentAbility to analyze large amounts of computer data proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, Word)Preferred Skills and ExperiencePrior experience in a customer-facing roleExperience training on processes or systemsExperience training on processes or systemsProficiency in HRIS including but not limited to UKG Dimensions and UKG ProProficiency in reporting systems CognosFamiliarity with query writing tools or database structureAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently, following through to completionPhysical RequirementsRepetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingersSedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periodsVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusCompany Overview
