The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Analyst is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the technology systems that handle HR data and processes within an organization. They ensure that HRIS software runs smoothly and accurately, enabling the HR department to operate more efficiently and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s preferred; Associates required in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HRIS, HR analytics, or related HR/IT roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP) and strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications (preferred): HRIS certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or relevant technical certification (e.g., SQL, data analysis tools).
