What you will do:

Partners with HR and other key stakeholders to design and optimize workflowEnsure recommended enhancements and new features are seen through the project management stages (Define, Measure, Analyze, Implement, Control - inclusive of configuration and testing)Support Human Capital Management (HCM) areas in Workday, ex: Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, LocationsSupport changes and resolve issues arising in Payroll functional area, ex: Pay Components, Retroactive Processing, ROERecognize cross-dependencies between Payroll Functional area and other areas within the HRMS when making configuration changes, addressing proactively any potential risksTest, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday and develop accurate and complete test plans and conduct testing of the system.Recommend improvements to the HRMS system and assist in evaluating and prioritizing requests for enhancementsAnalyze current HR internal procedures and develop new processes to be used in HRMS system, taking into consideration legal and jurisdictional requirementsSupport integration of new acquisitions into HRMS, ensuring smooth experience for new usersEvaluate current security setup and design new security configurations to ensure duties and visibility to secure data is properly segregated within the systemResponsible for recommendations and testing Workday UpdatesPrepare design documents, program specifications and process flow diagramsProvide second line of support to Payroll, HR Team Members and Finance/ IT PartnersAnalyze, test, and resolve system issues

What you will bring:

5+ years of experience working with cloud based HCM systemsComprehensive understanding of Workday for Core HCM, Recruiting, Timekeeping/Absence Management, Payroll, and Benefits Administration with the ability to create sophisticated queriesExperience with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)Workday certifications or Training (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence or Integrations)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical or a related fieldHTML skillsExperience with composite reportingExperience with Workday Integrations including Workday Studio and data transformation
