Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an HRIS analyst to support of the PeopleSoft HCM platform, particularly within human resources and benefits. This position is a blend of production support and implementation & analytics. 

 

This a fully remote position but the person hired for this role must reside within a state we currently conduct business in.

Responsibilities System maintenance, production user support, enhancement design and delivery, and the annual benefits open enrollment process Maintenance, improvement, and support of the HR and benefits teams, and related systems and processesParticipate in the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of the HR, benefits, payroll, and impacted systems Coordinate and participate in all user testing, training, and troubleshooting processesCollaborate with functional and technical team members, across the enterprise, through the governance and project management processes; lead cross-functional efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or related field is required. At least eight years demonstrated experience in PeopleSoft HCM for a multi-site, multi-state company is required.Focused experience in PeopleSoft system implementation and support for benefits administration is highly preferred.Experience implementing and supporting other ERP or HCM platforms is highly preferred.Demonstrated experience and knowledge of business processes and data relationships between functional areas in the PeopleSoft environment are preferred.Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain excellent written documentation.
