\n\t\t\t\t\tCollects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.\nEnsures data integrity\nAnalyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.\nPrepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.\nIdentifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.\nBased on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.\nFacilitates implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives.\nMay conduct or assist with conducting classification audits to ensure that jobs are properly classified as exempt or nonexempt.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) HR processes\nServe as a system administrator for HR systems and applications\nEnsuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms\nWork with HR, finance and IT to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, end-user access, security, and system efficiency\nSupports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HR\nEnsures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.\nMay assist HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets.\nMay guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.

\n\t\t\t\t\tMinimum:\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nThorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\nProficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software.\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required.\n\nSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred\nAt least three years of experience in related areas such as job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred\nUKG Pro Experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
