SUMMARY
Mortenson is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our HR Process, Data, and Technology team. As part of the HR Technology team, you will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT Teams to identify areas of opportunity to improve existing business processes, functionality and workflow, and maximizes technological capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with HR and Technology teams to lead Oracle HCM system related projects, including system upgrades, enhancement packages, releases and process redesign. Work with HR partners to gather and define system requirements, provide recommendations, document changes, and implement solutions Create partnerships across HR, Payroll, and IT to support and deliver enhanced system solutions to the organization Support the Oracle HCM Quarterly release process by evaluating and testing new features and recommending changes to stakeholders based on business needs Support multiple functional areas of the system. Configure and implement business process and system enhancements that support business objectives Provide functional and technical support, including answering user questions, and researching and resolving incidents and complex issues as needed Audit and provide compliance support to ensure data quality and integrity in HR systems Support Oracle Security for system access Perform data audits Grant permissions for existing security groups Support third party vendor integrations Ensure quality results on projects and enhancements Ensure compliance with stabilization requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years experience working with HR applications in the corporate environment is required. Experience in one or more core HR or Talent Management practices (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Career Development, Recruiting, Learning) Experience working with ERP HR systems (e.g.- Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP) Strong Excel skills with proficiency in MS Office - Word, Access, PowerPointKEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication and organization skills with some experience in project management Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks Possess basic understanding of employment law and generally accepted business practices Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills Proven ability to apply analytical techniques HR Data, as well as obtain, verify, and evaluate general and statistical information Proven ability to work analytically and creatively in a fast-paced environment Ability to adjust to multiple tasks and demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policiesPREFERRED SKILLS
