Carry out advanced analysis assignments involving the development, installation, and administration of human resources information systems (HRIS).
In this position you will have the opportunity to: Assist in the design, development, testing, implementation, upgrading, and support of new or modified HRIS Analyze requests, write and customize statistical summaries and special reports from HRIS May design and develop standard reports and audits Participate or lead interface and reporting development efforts for new vendor or program requirements Serve as a departmental resource and troubleshoot unusual data entry situations, problems with report writing, payroll issues, etc. Act as liaison with IT staff in resolving programming or related problems Conduct training for end users as needed Interact with users and other IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions, and implementation applications Maintain the integrity of data in the HRIS as well as developing and documenting consistent and appropriate data coding structures Research HR technology trends and best practices Participate in and may oversee the completion of projects to include planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and evaluating results What do I need to be successful? 3 years of related experience SAP SuccessFactors, LMS Cornerstone, and/or UKG experience required Familiarity with general Human Resources processes and procedures Working knowledge of HRIS practices and procedures Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform responsibilities of this position Education Bachelors Degree in Business or related field Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform responsibilities of this position Work Environment This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule Must live within a commutable distance to Nashville or willing to relocate to the greater Nashville area
