Position Summary

HRIS analyst provides info and IT support for human resource information systems (HRIS) through WORKDAY. He/She is responsible for overall system performance and maintenance, including ensuring information security, testing updates, and improving process efficiency. HRIS analyst reports directly to an C&B / HRIS SR Manager LATAM and dotted line to HRIS Global.

Responsibilities

Support HR community for all questions related to HR systems and processes.Collect business needs and work with central HRIS team to configure system evolutions/improvements, and fix bugs/issues.Contribute on projects with various dimensions and complexities for the region.Participate to Merge & Acquisitions processes, including their integrations in HR systems.Monitor the quality of our global and local HR solutions, identify and fix issues with related stakeholders.Spread data quality principles with our HR stakeholders.Contribute to awareness and training for our HR community.Ensure HRIS information is communicated/cascaded in the region.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, HR or other business-related area.2 to 3 years’ experience in HR, and strong Workday usage.advanced English level and intermediate Portuguese in writing/speaking.master the Office Pack.dynamic, rigorous and appreciate working in autonomy.interest in Information Solutions.
