Up to 25 hours a week Pay: Starting at $30/hr Location: Rolling Meadows IL - possibility for remote How you'll make an impact Key Responsibilities: Supporting divisional partners with ongoing program administration needed for existing Recognition platform Collaborating with recognition program vendor and internal compensation teams to implement and be responsible for the Service Anniversary and Peer to Peer program expansions Aiding in requirement gathering for rewards/recognition program expansions/implementations Developing and providing assistance to targeted user groups Responding to employees or vendor inquiries related to the ongoing platform support Assisting with addressing questions and handling transitions from previous vendors to new platforms Processing of monthly invoices Creating and compiling executive reporting. About You Qualifications/Skills Required Bachelor's degree with 3+ years professional experience in an analytical or HRIS role. Experience with HRIS systems. Proficient in using MS Office applications. Desired Experiencing working with Global Teams, working with and handling confidential data, collaborating in annual compensation planning cycles and reward and recognition platforms. Confirmed project management skills. Work Traits Demonstrates ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently prioritize as needed. Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
