HRIS Associate Manager
**What's The Role** The HRIS Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of HR systems, ensuring their effective management, optimization, and incident resolution. The HRIS Operations Manager will ensure compliance with security configurations, execute IT controls, and maintain SOX compliance. This role will work in collaboration with the HRIS Delivery Team to ensure new solutions are supported throughout their life cycle. **What You'll Do** + Lead daily operations and maintenance of HR systems. + Oversee incident management operations. + Collaborate with HRIS vendors and consultants to resolve system issues. + Ensure system documentation is maintain. + Manage the execution of People programs supported by HR systems. + Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of HRIS databases. + Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard HR data. + Execute scheduled system audits. + Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies. + Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance HRIS functionality. + Execute IT controls and maintain SOX compliance. + Conduct testing and validation of system changes and system releases to ensure smooth functionality. + Provide training and support to HR and other users on HRIS functionality. + Collaborate with HR, IT, and other teams to configure and customize HRIS applications to meet organizational needs. **What Do You Need** + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree can be an added advantage + Previous experience in a leadership role within HRIS or HR technology operations. + Strong analytical skills to assess data discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. + Problem-solving mindset and a continuous improvement orientation. + Experience with database management and system integrations. + Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices. + Ability to work collaboratively with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments. + Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM). + Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process automation and lead the implementation of such solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. + Knowledge of data privacy regulations and cybersecurity best practices. + Experience in executing IT controls and maintaining SOX compliance + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities. **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands, Flow, Liberty, Más Móvil, BTC, and Cabletica.
