Our HRIS Department has an exciting opportunity available as an HRIS Cloud Data Specialist. This is a full-time position that works daylight hours, Monday through Friday. A perk of this position includes fully remote work arrangements!
In this role, the HRIS Cloud Data Specialist provides highly accurate central data entry for the UPMC system including foundation table set up, processing of online transactions, required data entry corrections, etc. They are responsible for identifying system and/or data entry issues along with opportunities remove to gain efficiencies.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform centralized Oracle HCM Cloud systems data entry including processing hires/rehires/promotions/demotions/transfers/pay rate changes and any corrections to data as needed for the recruitment and HR transactions.
+ Advise management of problems and issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud systems and/or related business processes as they arise and assist in resolution of those issues.
+ Communicate with appropriate groups prior to making corrections in the system and understand how corrections affect other areas.
+ Direct requestors to the appropriate information (policy, procedure, etc.) when data submitted does not meet with system standards.
+ Maintain average error rate of less than that which is required departmentally for the HRIS Cloud Data Specialist role.
+ Develop and sustain a collaborative rapport within and outside of the department to investigate issues, suggest process improvements across functions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
+ Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
+ High school diploma/GED and a minimum of two years related experience required, preferably in Human Resources
+ OR Bachelors degree is required.
+ Must have good communication skills.
+ Must have attention to detail, assessment, problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks required.
+ Good working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud systems or similar package required.
+ Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel is preferred.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and PC skills are required.
+ Knowledge of work processing and spreadsheet software packages preferred
