HRIS Coordinator
Overview The Coordinator, HRIS supports and maintains the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) ensuring accuracy and integrity of system data as well as identifying and providing improved efficiencies of system processes. This role supports the organization through accurate entry and maintenance of data and assists users with troubleshooting by providing first level technical support for specific processes related to adding new teammates and changing data in the HRIS. This role will collaborate with members of the HR team and CubeSmart people leaders. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: HRIS Processes teammate changes within the HRIS including but not limited to new hires, supervisor and department changes, and pay rate changes, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness Maintains overall quality and integrity of HR data across HRIS and helps with system design, data validation, audit, and testing activities, which includes entry and processing of organizational properties and realignments Serves as first level support to system users by providing technical assistance Conducts system analysis to diagnose and resolve level-one technical issues Performs data updates, exports, and imports into HRIS as needed Supports data requests and report writing that are routine or low-complexity Team Engagement Other duties, projects, responsibilities, etc. as assigned Exemplifies and embraces CubeSmart’s award winning WOW! Customer service culture Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications (including Programs/systems experience) 1-2 years of related experience with HRIS/Payroll systems Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and spreadsheet skills Demonstrated high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency Excellent customer service and collaboration skills Additional Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Finance, and/or Information Technology Experience with UKG (UltiPro) Experience with Cognos BI
