HRIS Coordinator - People & Culture

Job Description

The Coordinator will assist with day to day tasks within the People & Culture (HR) HRIS department. This position is full-time and located onsite at our Las Vegas office.

Job Description:

 

Assist employees in person, via email, or via phone for the changes of address, I-9 updates, employment verifications, work cards, name change, marital status updates, etc.Upload vendor information to produce badge numbers and coordinate with management to renew or term vendors monthly.Assist with personnel-related system transactions.Assist with monitoring the HRIS inbox and resolve assigned HR Admin issue(s).Completing letters for Verification of Employment.Scanning and filing, making sure records are stored appropriately.Assist with HOTSOS tickets.All other duties as assigned by management.

QualificationsRequires a minimum of two years clerical experience in a high-volume office environment.Previous experience in human resources preferred.Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel is required, advanced skills are preferred.Oracle/PeopleSoft experience preferred, but not required.Excellent attention to detail is required due to the amount of information audited and entered into the personnel file.Must have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as telephone etiquette.Must be 21 years of age or older and can possess a Nevada Gaming Card.
