We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive administration of our SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). Partner with third-party vendors to optimize LMS functionality and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand training needs and support the development of suitable learning content. Provide ongoing technical support to SuccessFactors LMS users, resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain and update LMS documentation, including user guides, training materials, and system procedures. Administration of the Brainshark system to test functionality and troubleshoot issues. Facilitate LMS system upgrades, feature enhancements, and integrations with other systems. Train staff on how to effectively use the SuccessFactors LMS and Brainshark content. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in eLearning and LMS technologies. Experiences/Education - Required Proven experience as an LMS Administrator or Learning Analyst. Experience with SuccessFactors and Brainshark or similar eLearning content management systems. Proficiency in LMS best practices. Experience with MS Office and SuccessFactors (LMS). Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in partnering with third-party vendors.The Learning Analyst/LMS Admin will play a key role in optimizing our SuccessFactors LMS and managing Brainshark content. The range for this position is $72,374.00 - $99,515.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
