HRIS Payroll Analyst
Job Description Insight Global is seeking an HRIS Payroll Analyst to join a team based in Greenwood Village, CO. This person will ensure the timely processing of HR payroll information for new hires, terminations, status changes, payroll deductions and data file information. Other responsibilities include, preparing payroll reports for internal and external partners, facilitating end-to-end HR processes include the review of HRIS workflow transactions and quarterly HRIS data audits. Skills and Requirements 5 years of payroll/ data analytics experience In-depth working knowledge of payroll required. Excellent technical computer skills, in the areas of payroll interfaces required. Strong proficiency in MS office applications, along with Excel (inclusive of pivot tables, vlookups, and intermediate formula/macro abilities). Must be available for occasional work outside normal business hours for an accurate and timely processing of payroll. Certified Payroll Professional designation is preferred.
