HRIS Senior Analyst

**What's The Role**
The HRIS Senior Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's HRIS software, focusing on delivering integrated solutions and managing projects to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and support data-driven decisions. The HRIS Senior Analyst works closely with HR, IT, and other teams to implement and operate HRIS solutions effectively, with a strong emphasis on project management and integration projects.
**What You'll Do**
+ Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for HRIS projects.
+ Communicate with stakeholders and vendors as the main point of contact.
+ Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS platforms.
+ Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
+ Conduct quality control activities to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
+ Coordinate testing, training, and implementation activities.
+ Identify and implement process automation opportunities.
+ Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of HRIS data.
+ Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
+ Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to optimize HRIS solutions.
+ Work with HRIS vendors and consultants to resolve issues and implement upgrades.
+ Provide training and support to HR and other users on HRIS functionality.
**What Do You Need**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Experience in managing and maintaining HRIS platforms.
+ Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
+ Experience with data privacy regulations and compliance.
+ Experience in process automation and system integration.
+ Knowledge of SAP CPI is a plus
+ Ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and vendors.
+ Expertise in HRIS platforms and related technologies.
+ Ability to identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
+ Conducting quality control activities to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
+ Providing training and support to HR and other users on HRIS functionality.
+ Ensuring the integrity, security, and accuracy of HRIS data.
+ Working effectively with HR, IT, and other departments to optimize HRIS solutions.
+ Working with HRIS vendors and consultants to resolve issues and implement upgrades.
