Our client, an enviornmental non-profit, is seeking a temporary HRIS Specialist to support their Washington, DC team from February 3rd through the end of June!
About the Job:
* Gather and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights for strategic decision-making.
* Develop detailed reports and briefing materials for HR leadership to support informed decisions.
* Evaluate staff composition, talent trends, and capability requirements across the organization.
* Facilitate workforce planning and succession discussions to ensure alignment with business goals.
* Lead projects focused on enhancing employee competencies and improving workforce effectiveness.
About You:
* 2+ years of strong HRIS, and payroll experience is required.
* 1+ years of benefits administration experience is required.
* ADP or UKG experience is required.
* Advanced proficiencies in Excel, DocuSign, and other HRIS platforms is required.
* Strong interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.
About the Position:
* Pays $25/hr-$30/hr
* Temporary for ~5 months.
* On-site for 6 weeks, then hybrid.
* Office is metro accessible in Arlington, VA.
