HRIS Specialist

Role description:

The Group HRIS Specialist provides analytical and technical support for HR systems and initiatives. This includes maintaining various HR systems and proactively communicating with HR partners to identify and improve process efficiency and data integrity.

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of foundation, organizational, and employee information in HR Systems Manage second level support tickets in ServiceNow in a timely and complete manner Identify and escalate system issues requiring vendor support Ability to identify cause/effect relationships and solve root-cause issues while eliminating non-value-added activities Oversee and execute system SOX controls with IT/HR Governance and Internal Audit Align with business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and design/build reports Collaborate on access, interface and integration design with internal stakeholders and vendors Partner with Reporting / Analytics to provide data driven insights that align with business priorities Coordinate projects and system changes with other business functional groups Create/update training documentation on HR system processes Support/Lead recurring HR initiatives (Annual Salary Review, PDR, Succession) Advise HR regarding system release updates and new functionality Manage confidential data Perform other job-related duties as assigned

 

Minimum skills / qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field Three (3) years of experience working with multiple HR/HRIS systems Advanced analytical and creative problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel up to 10%

 

Preferred skills / qualifications:

Employee Central/SuccessFactors configuration experience Experience in data analysis, custom reporting, and validation Full cycle HR System implementation experience

Compensation

The anticipated base annual salary range for this role is between $69,000 and $103,400 per year. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate. The final salary will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.

 

Ardagh Glass Packaging seeks to reward full-time, salaried employees for their contributions through the annual Ardagh Incentive Bonus (AIB) plan. The bonus allocated for this role is 10% of the annual salary. The bonus incentive program is based on company meeting or exceeding financial targets of EBITDA and operating cash flow.
