Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an HRIS Specialist located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role involves responsibilities like creating and implementing training, being part of inside a dynamic HR team with a solid background in change management. Also, this role will be pivotal in optimizing our HRIS processes and ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

What a typical day looks like:

Manage and maintain the Workday Recruiting system for data integrity and functionality.Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related inquiries and system issues.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist (focusing on Workday Recruiting) or in similar position.Strong presentation skills for conveying complex information effectively.Experience in training and development with successful training delivery.Knowledge of change management principles and experience leading initiatives.Workday certification or relevant HRIS certifications.Familiarity with HR processes and best practices, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
