Responsibilities Job Description: Eastman HR Personnel and Org Management is looking for a HR Process and Systems Specialist who will work with the Eastman team on the day-to-day HR status change and organizational management of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module and SAP HR Personnel and Org Management database. Under the guidance of the HR Process and Systems Manager, this specialist will assist with the ongoing support of Employee Central global employee status changes and organizational structure maintenance. The HR Process and Systems Specialist will develop training materials and job aids for new functionality and update existing documentation as changes occur with the quarterly releases. In addition, the HR Process and Systems Specialist will participate in a variety of HR process improvement and automation projects as needed. Qualifications Skills required: + Must have demonstrated knowledge of a cloud Human Capital Management (HCM)system. The ideal candidate will have SuccessFactors HCM. Other SuccessFactors module experience a plus + Experience with SAP HR Personnel Administration and Org Management is a plus + Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel (beginner to intermediate) + Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must have demonstrated proficiency with written English + Must demonstrate close attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing the flow of work + Serve as project member with project management experience a plus + Work without close supervision - Demonstrates initiative and must be proactive + Deliver accurate results with a data integrity a primary focus + Ability to adapt to quickly changing deadlines and priorities + Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with varied work hours + Assist with testing new processes + HR processes + Process Administration and Orientation + Bias for action + Courageous Leadership + Empowerment and Accountability
