HRIS Specialist - Workday Learning

Job Details:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Workday Learning Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Workday Learning platform, ensuring that employees have access to effective training and development resources. This role requires a strong understanding of learning management systems and a passion for Workday Learning.

Responsibilities

System Management: Oversee and maintain the Workday Learning platform, ensuring optimal configuration to meet user needs. Manage campaigns, including compliance launches.

Content Development: Create Workday process guides and support documentation for the system, and conduct training sessions as needed.

User Support: Assist employees in navigating the Workday Learning system, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries.

Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze LMS usage reports to evaluate learner engagement and course effectiveness.

Training Delivery: Help plan and facilitate Workday training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online.

Continuous Improvement: Research, evaluate, and implement updates to enhance the learning system.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience with Workday Learning systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
