HRIS System Administrator
Overview HRIS System Administrator ensures the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the workforce management system. The System Administrator will analyze business requirements, configure system functionalities, and support end-users. This is a remote position. Responsibilities • Administer and maintain the application, ensuring optimal performance and availability. • Manage user accounts, security roles, and system permissions. • Perform regular system audits and maintenance tasks. • Analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement system configurations that meet organizational needs. • Create workflows, reports, and dashboards within application. • Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems. • Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues. • Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams to address complex technical problems. • Lead and participate in projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the application. • Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making. • Monitor system performance and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements • Stay up-to-date with application updates and industry trends. • Recommend and implement best practices for workforce management processes. • Develop and maintain training material and content. • Manage HRIS Analyst Qualifications Requirements • Advanced proficiency in database management and security. • Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS performance metrics and improving processes. • Experience in performing diagnostic tests and audits, as well as documenting processes. • Proficiency in HRM software, such as UKG Pro and Dimensions/Work Force Management. • Exceptional ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and to train staff. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Education & Experience • Experience with UKG PRO and Workforce Management required. • A minimum of two years' experience as an HRIS administrator or data analyst required. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management required. • Experience with Power BI preferred. • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, HR management, or similar preferred. • Certification in UKG preferred.
