Job Description
Insight Global is seeking HRIS Analyst to join the team of a large locomotive manufacturing client of ours. This resource will be working hybrid onsite in Brazil. As part of the HR Technology team, your duties will include managing, improving, and supporting all HR Technology Integrations, requiring technical expertise. Our primary IT systems are Workday and UKG/Kronos. This role acts as a technical liaison for ongoing module maintenance and configuration, ensuring data accuracy, system change testing, report creation, and identifying process improvement opportunities. You will collaborate with various business stakeholders and be responsible for the overall design and functionality of the Workday and UKG applications. Other day to day activities will include the following:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Design SOPs (standard operating procedures
Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to ensure time clocks are properly installed, maintained, and integrated with Workday + UKG

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of technical experience with Workday configurations and technical administration
Experience with HCM modules:
Benefits
Payroll
Time & labor
Compensation
Absence management
Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and proper documentation
Hands on experience with time clock setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting Technical experience with Kronos/UKG configurations
Bachelors degree in a related field null
