Job Description Insight Global is seeking HRIS Analyst to join the team of a large locomotive manufacturing client of ours. This resource will be working hybrid onsite in Brazil. As part of the HR Technology team, your duties will include managing, improving, and supporting all HR Technology Integrations, requiring technical expertise. Our primary IT systems are Workday and UKG/Kronos. This role acts as a technical liaison for ongoing module maintenance and configuration, ensuring data accuracy, system change testing, report creation, and identifying process improvement opportunities. You will collaborate with various business stakeholders and be responsible for the overall design and functionality of the Workday and UKG applications.
