HRIS Training Specialist
Overview Job Details Job Title: US Training Lead – HRIS Location: Remote - US Reporting to: Brian Pabst, Dayforce Change Manager Job Summary We are transforming our business with the implementation of a new global Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This project requires a Training Lead. This is a contract position with an eight (8) month commitment. Across the United States, for our 14,000 employees, our training material needs to capture the minds of our operational and corporate team members. This role will be supporting the HRIS Project Implementation team by regularly updating, adapting, and maintaining customized HRIS training programs to meet the global processes and local operational needs of our regions. In this role, you will need to assess/analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training needs within the HRIS Project Implementation for the United States. You will work closely with Operational leadership to discover localized needs. Then you will customize the global training plan to the United States region and create learning solutions to meet these requirements. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Organizational Change Manager by attending meetings as required and representing the team, as well as supporting and presenting to regional teams. Job Responsibilities · Enhance Regional Training Plan. · Conduct Business Needs and Audience Assessments. · Facilitation of in-person and remote training sessions. · Create learning videos, user guides and other collateral to support learning. · Deliver training reports based on learning metrics. · Collaborate with various levels and key stakeholders. · Work closely with the Dayforce Project Team and the Organizational Change Manager. Qualifications and Competencies Required - minimum of five (5) years’ experience: · Excellent presentation design skills. · Training HRIS to all levels of employees. · Strong facilitation and communication skills. · Virtual and in-person training. · Deploying training through a Train The Trainer model. · Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and stakeholder management. Preferred experience: · HRIS system, Dayforce. · Training metrics i.e. Kirkpatrick Model. · Writing and executing Training Plans for Transformational Initiatives. Travel: · Able to travel up to 50% to support job responsibilities.
