We are currently looking for an HRIS User Support Administrator for our team based in Pasadena, CA. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing frontline user support to a large group of HR staff across a complex global organization. This role ensures the efficient operation of HR systems by assisting end-users with technical issues, answering questions, and maintaining data integrity. This role plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations by offering timely assistance and feedback to users. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels within the organization. Although this is a full-time, remote opportunity, you will be required to come into the Pasadena, CA office on an as needed basis. The pay scale for this position is $26.00-$31.75 an hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Your Role:
Serves as the primary point of contact for HRIS user support across several HR teams globally Creates and maintains departmental process documentation Provides clear, accurate, and consistent guidance to HR users, ensuring alignment with departmental processes and procedures Responds to user inquiries and resolves system issues quickly and effectively Understands HRIS technology and the ability to clearly explain system functionality to end users Ensures users feel supported and confident in their ability to utilize the HRIS effectively Maintains the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS, including supporting routine audits Participates in system testing when necessary
Qualifications:
1-4 years of relevant field related experience Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures in a fast-paced environment Demonstrates curiosity and seeks clarification by asking thoughtful questions to deepen understanding of systems and processes Customer service oriented with the ability to provide support and guidance to HR Staff and other end-users Takes ownership of tasks and driving them forward independently The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and reprioritize as urgent issues arise; effective time management is crucial Familiarity with core HR principles and practices and how they interface with HR Systems Strong MS Office experience (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) familiarity with MS SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive Ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretionPreferred Qualifications:
Experience working with HRIS Systems Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
