The Requirements

A proven track record of strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (spoken and written) with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the globe  Robust project management skills with an eye for detail and the confidence to challenge when projects are going off track  A consistent approach to project management and experience working on global HR projects while leveraging project management tools  Strong HR functional domain expertise (e.g. generalist, specialist, or operational)
