HRO Tech Services Direct (ADPR) Tech Solutions Reporting Specialist IV
The HRO Tech Solutions Reporting Specialist IV (Tech Lead) delivers on escalations that are of an advanced and complex nature, makes recommendations for process improvements, and partners with Knowledge Management members/teams for projects to implement quality improvements, process enhancements, and similar initiatives. An ideal candidate for this role would demonstrate mastery of the product, provides accurate answers, and uses knowledge articles when available. A tech lead collaborates and provides input during partnership and brainstorming sessions, has an advanced ability to troubleshoot complex and atypical client issues. This member works closely with all ADPR leaders in order to capture the experience of various stakeholders and align on organization goals. This would be the ideal role to back up a Team Manager since the tasks necessary to lead projects will often develop leadership competencies.

• Knowledge about ADP Custom Reporting through WFN and experience in building various types of reports, including complex reports that require coordination with third party providers, internal partners, and clients • Experience high volume, problem resolution, client services experience preferred • If internal, at least 12-18 months tenure in current role • U.S. payroll knowledge is a plus • Possess good time management and organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong technical skills with good understanding of and ability to support Microsoft Office Suite and WFN platform • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Great collaboration skills
