What success looks like in this role:

Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of HR related issues

Taking ownership and handling various processes related to all stages of the employee lifecycle

Provides problem resolution for standard, non-standard and/or complex HR related issues

Brings the processes together and able to delegate these to the team when needed

Works on problems of large scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors

Participating and managing projects, come up with new ideas

Builds productive internal / external working relationships

Keeps contact and coordinates with local and global stakeholders

Mentoring and providing advice to Junior Team Members

You will be successful in this role if you have:

3-4 years of related experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Economics specialization

Strong communication skills in English and German

Basic understanding of the Hungarian labour law

Strong MS Excel skills and data analysis knowledge

Experience with coordinating tasks within a team is an advantage

Some experience with managing projects is a plus

Experience in payroll preparation is an advantage

Strategical thinking, ownership attitude, generalist view, process approach, and a creative mindset
