Essential Responsibilities:
Provide advice to operations regarding Ledcor's Health and Safety Management System, based on a solid understanding of program execution throughout the project lifecycleMonitor compliance with jurisdictional regulatory requirementsAssists in the coordination and completion of safe work procedures, hazard assessments, safety inspections, focus audits and incident investigationsVerify compliance with leading and lagging indicators, including subcontractors as well as any identified corrective actionsConduct the HS&E Orientation to employees and subcontractors during project onboarding.Support the coordination, organization and delivery of project toolbox talks and safety meetingsDevelop and enhance Job Hazard Analysis and Safe Work Practice documents based on existing materialsQualifications:
5-8 years’ experience in construction or related industry, with relevant health and safety experienceCandidates must possess CSO, NCSO, or CRSP certification, along with a minimum of OFA Level 1 certificationAbility to effectively communicate and present information to the hourly workforce, while also effectively interacting with project management staff, clients, and customersAbility to provide a proactive approach to safety, including identification of operational and organizational issues, as well as developing and implementing strategies to solve themDemonstrated experience in risk assessment, program development, safety & health training, and accident investigationMust have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean abstractSuccessful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing requirementsWorking Conditions:

$68,000 to $93,500 annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
