EMS and OHSMS maintenance
- Establish, implement and maintain the environment, health and safety management system in accordance with requirements of ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards
- Lead and coordinate environment, health and safety management system internal/external audit and follow up the OPLs
- Identify potential risks during implementation for corrective actions and report to management.
- Collect, evaluate and distribute EHS related laws and regulations and Bosch standards
- Organize, follow-up and conduct EHS related trainings

Environmental task
- Identify the environmental aspects, evaluate the risk and derive the control measures of high risks
- Organize environmental monitoring and inspection
- Implement environmental incident investigation and corrective action plan
- Responsible for environmental impact assessment
- Hazardous waste management
- Chemical management

Safety task
- Identify the hazards, evaluate the risks and derive the control measures of high risks.
- Responsible for safety impact assessment.
- Responsible for MAE, project, process HSE release.
- Responsible for regular safety inspection.
- Manage the special equipments registration and annual inspection.
- Establish, implement and maintain safety standardlization system.

'Occupational health task
- Organize occupational monitoring and inspection
- Responsible for occupational impact assessment

Education:Bachelor degree or above, with EHS related major

Work Experience:Min. 3 years EHS experience in a manufacturing plant with > 500 associates

Knowledge/ Skills:- Auditor with certification for ISO14001 & ISO45001
- Systematic, pragmatic, reliable
- Pro-active team player
